First of all, we want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reasons you are not, we want to make it right and we’ll be happy to provide you with our return/exchange service – contact us via e-mail

For all items purchased from us the following conditions apply:


1. You may withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 14 days of delivery without giving us any reason. This means from the moment you received your purchase you have 14 days to return or exchange it. Please contact us immediately if you need to return something. Once 14 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all tags attached. Please pack the items, together with the invoice and withdrawal form, in the original packaging, tape it securely. The packaging is integral part, in case of its destruction, the refund may not be accepted.

3. The Shop has the right to refuse accepting the Goods when the Good is damaged, when return is made after the allowed time limit or the delivered Good is defective.

4. The right of return does not apply the Goods made for special, individual order, with particular emphasis on personalized Goods and pre-order Goods.

5. Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to USEFUL AGAIN. We will not issue a refund on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by USEGUL AGAIN will not be issued a refund. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable.

Please note we will not refund duties, taxes or shipping costs.

7. If the Customer finds the damage to the Goods, the Customer is obligated to draw up a damage report in the presence of the courier. Complaints resulting from damage to Goods during transport will be considered on the basis of the damage report prepared by the Customer and courier.

Once we receive your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued. USEFUL AGAIN reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way and they will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method as quickly as we can from the moment your item has been received by USEFUL AGAIN customer care. Please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed from the date that the returned item is received.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the item you purchased for the same item, send us an email at – we will assist you all the way through the process.
